All Purpose Cleaner Base – 1:16 Concentrate with Alcohol Boost

This All Purpose Cleaner Base is a powerful, alcohol-enhanced concentrate designed for dilution, bottling, and resale. Made with a blend of plant-based surfactants, quick-drying SDA 40B alcohol, and Benzalkonium Chloride for added odor control, this formula delivers streak-free cleaning across a wide range of hard surfaces. Ideal for private label brands, refill stations, and commercial bottlers.

Use Instructions for Manufacturers:
Add up to 3.0% fragrance oil to the concentrate. Mix gently until uniform. Then dilute 1 part concentrate with 16 parts water. Bottle into properly labeled spray containers.

Example Batch:
120 oz water + 8 oz concentrate = 128 oz finished cleaner
(If adding fragrance: 7.75 oz concentrate + 0.25 oz fragrance oil + 120 oz water = 128 oz total)

End User Directions:
Spray directly onto surfaces. Wipe with a cloth or paper towel. No rinsing required on non-food-contact areas.

  • Countertops

  • Appliances

  • Sealed floors

  • Finished wood and tile

  • Painted walls

Not Recommended For:

  • Unsealed stone

  • Unfinished wood

  • Carpet or fabric
