Mop Soap Concentrate – Low-Foam Floor Cleaner with Odor Control

This Mop Soap Concentrate is a neutral-pH, bleach-free floor cleaner designed for sealed hard surfaces. It produces minimal foam, dries quickly, and leaves no sticky residue behind. Formulated with a balanced surfactant system and Benzalkonium Chloride for odor control and antimicrobial support, it’s ideal for commercial cleaning, refill stations, or private-label applications.

Use Instructions for Manufacturers:
Add up to 3.0% fragrance oil and mix until uniform. Let stand overnight to allow foam to settle. Bottle into labeled containers. Check final pH (should fall between 6.5–7.0).

Example Batch:
125.6 oz base + 2.4 oz fragrance oil = 128 oz finished product (1.875% load)

End User Directions:
Mix 4 oz of Mop Soap Concentrate per 1 gallon of water. Apply using a mop, sponge, or autoscrubber. No rinsing required. Allow floors to air dry.

• Laminate

• Polished concrete

Not Recommended For:

• Unsealed wood

• Natural stone without a finish

• Carpeted surfaces
