I purchased 3 cases of 12 of these wick holders. When I got my order I noticed I had multiple missing of the ones I ordered. I emailed them and they said they would send me the missing ones. Its has been a month, i havent received anything. I emailed them again and now they wont respond to my email. On top of that, one of the wick setters was made slightly small and it broke 3 of my jars. Of note, i was using the exact jars these are advertised for.

I have a hard time getting the wicks to actually stay. The insert portion of it has little to no grasp on my wicks. Shipping took a while.
