Our unscented concentrated mop soap base is a powerful and efficient cleaning solution designed to give your floors a sparkling finish while delivering a pleasant fragrance. Formulated with a blend of premium ingredients, this soap base is ideal for use in commercial and residential floor cleaning applications. It holds 1% to 3% fragrance oil, providing a long-lasting, fresh scent that elevates the cleaning experience.

  • Water: The base that carries the active ingredients, making the formula easy to dilute and apply.

How to Use:
For the Maker - Add 1-3% Fragrance Load to the mop soap base and stir well for 5-10 minutes. When using a new oil with this base mix well and let sit for 24 hours to ensure no separation has occurred. If separation has occurred reduce Fragrance load until there is no separation. If you would like to keep the Fragrance Load at 3% but notice separation mix the fragrance oil with a small amount of polysorbate 20 or 80 before adding to the mop soap base. The amount of polysorbate 20 or 80 will vary due to the infinite possibilities of how your fragrance is made. 

For your Customer - For normal usage mix 1 part of your pre-scented mop soap base with 32 parts of water. For heavy usage mix 1 part of the pre-scented base with 8 parts of water. Spot test to ensure mop soap is compatible with your floor.

I own a small sled team up in northern Michigan, so we are constantly dealing with sloppy weather and dirty floors with my crazy Huskies. I have finally found a mopping solution base that works in both scent retention and cleaning. I don’t have dirty floors residue, where you can still see paw prints where you just wiped down. I also have a great smelling house again. This is the route to go! Just a small amount goes a long way. If I could give more stars I would, this is a game changer!!!
